T-Mobile had the Best Mobile Network overall, and the Best 5G Network, among providers in the United States during 2H 2025. It recorded a median download speed of 259.48 Mbps, and a median 5G download speed of 309.41 Mbps.
T-Mobile and Frontier Fiber offered the best gaming experiences
T-Mobile offered the best 5G gaming experience in the United States during 2H 2025, while Frontier Fiber recorded the best gaming experience among ISPs.
AT&T Fiber the Best Fixed ISP in the United States
AT&T Fiber was the Best and Fastest ISP in the United States during 2H 2025. It recorded a median download speed of 369.39 Mbps, and a median upload speed of 309.28 Mbps.
Pittsburgh and San Antonio were the top performing cities in the United States
Among the most populous cities in the United States, Pittsburgh recorded the fastest median mobile download speed of 362.61 Mbps, while San Antonio outpaced the other cities to record the fastest median fixed download speed, with 365.08 Mbps.

Washington had the fastest median mobile download speed among United States states, recording 222.72 Mbps. Illinois was second, followed by Utah in third. At the other end of the scale, Alaska had the slowest median mobile download speed at 43.82 Mbps, followed by Vermont and Maine. T-Mobile was the fastest provider across 46 states.
City Performance
Pittsburgh had the fastest median mobile download speed among the United States’s most populous cities, recording 362.61 Mbps. Kansas City was second, followed by Tampa in third. At the other end of the scale, Anchorage had the slowest median mobile download speed at 52.58 Mbps, followed by Honolulu and North Las Vegas. T-Mobile was the fastest provider across 82 cities.

Florida had the fastest median fixed download speed among United States states, recording 337.84 Mbps. Connecticut was second, followed by North Carolina in third. At the other end of the scale, Alaska had the slowest median fixed download speed at 166.86 Mbps, followed by Montana and Vermont. AT&T Fiber was the fastest provider across 11 states.
City Performance
San Antonio had the fastest median fixed download speed among the United States’s 100 most populous cities, recording 365.08 Mbps. Durham was second, followed by Colorado Springs in third. At the other end of the scale, Miami had the slowest median fixed download speed at 126.56 Mbps, followed by Atlanta and Dallas. AT&T Fiber was the fastest provider across 32 cities, followed by GFiber in 10 cities.
