At the other end of the scale, Riobamba had the slowest median mobile download speed at 22.01 Mbps, followed by Santo Domingo and Ambato.

At the other end of the scale, Cuenca had the slowest median fixed download speed at 100.11 Mbps, followed by Machala and Ambato. Claro was the fastest provider across seven cities.

      Guayas had the fastest median fixed download speed among Ecuador’s regions, recording 157.26 Mbps. Manabí was second, followed by Cotopaxi in third. At the other end of the scale, Galápagos Islands had the slowest median fixed download speed at 37.9 Mbps, followed by Orellana and Sucumbios. Claro was the fastest provider across six regions.
