Telia was the fastest mobile provider in Denmark during 1H 2025, across all technologies combined, and also specifically for 5G. It recorded a median 5G download speed of 286.6 Mbps, and an upload speed of 29.93 Mbps.
YouSee and Fibia offered the gaming experiences
YouSee offered the best mobile gaming experience in Denmark during 1H 2025, while Fibia recorded the best gaming experience among ISPs, according to Speedtest Intelligence data.
Hiper the fastest fixed ISP in Denmark
Hiper was the fastest ISP in Denmark during 1H 2025 with a median download speed of 341.1 Mbps, and a median upload speed of 217.72 Mbps.
Frederiksberg and Roskilde were the top performing cities in Denmark
Among the most populous cities in Denmark, Frederiksberg recorded the fastest median mobile download speed of 294.29 Mbps, while Roskilde outpaced the other cities to record the fastest median fixed download speed, with 301.07 Mbps.

Frederiksberg had the fastest median mobile download speed among Denmark’s most populous cities, recording 294.29 Mbps. Aarhus was second, followed by Aalborg in third. At the other end of the scale, Kastrup had the slowest median mobile download speed at 196.46 Mbps, followed by Roskilde and Randers.
Regional Performance
Capital Region of Denmark had the fastest median mobile download speed among Denmark’s regions, recording 208.73 Mbps. Region Syddanmark was second, followed by North Denmark Region in third. At the other end of the scale, Region Zealand had the slowest median mobile download speed at 153.02 Mbps, followed by Central Denmark Region and North Denmark Region. Telia was the fastest provider across two regions.

Roskilde had the fastest median fixed download speed among Denmark’s most populous cities, recording 301.07 Mbps. Aarhus was second, followed by Frederiksberg in third. At the other end of the scale, Aalborg had the slowest median fixed download speed at 206.45 Mbps, followed by Esbjerg and Odense.
Regional Performance
Region Zealand had the fastest median fixed download speed among Denmark’s regions, recording 287.74 Mbps. Capital Region of Denmark was second, followed by Central Denmark Region in third. At the other end of the scale, North Denmark Region had the slowest median fixed download speed at 200.92 Mbps, followed by Region Syddanmark and Central Denmark Region. Hiper was the fastest provider across two regions.
